Building Hope is our Campaign to raise the funds necessary to finish the renovation of our facility and enhance our abilities to restore lives.

Your support for this campaign will help us provide comprehensive rescue and daily services for the homeless and poor who have nowhere else to turn.

Breaking News: Structural walls are now in place.  This was needed to support the new area of the roof that will hold our HVAC systems and the new roof on the rear of the building.

This also replaces the structural area that was damaged by years of a leaking roof.

Our upstairs area now has subfloor laid down, and our Admin office has been relocated to the upstairs! Check out the photos below of the changes made!

Renovation of our building at 810 6th St in Bremerton will allow us to expand our services and outreach to the homeless and poor on the Kitsap Peninsula.  Specifically, renovations will allow us to:

  • Establish a Fresh Start Program for 25 men and 15 Women. This will replace our current non-resident program.

  • Expand our overnight, low-barrier shelter called Safe Harbor for up to 50 men, women and children.

  • Expand our Dayroom to accommodate up to 50 people at one time.

  • Expand our Educational Programs with a new classroom and computer lab.

  • Provide additional services in our Dayroom such as computer access, legal assistance, dispute resolution, life-skills training, GED and Bible Study.

  • Expand out our mobile meal ministry and provide meals to our Fresh Start and Safe Harbor residents with a full-size commercial kitchen.

  • Provide complete laundry services for our Safe Harbor and Fresh Start Residents with a commercial laundry.

  • Provide expanded clothing, hygiene, and survival gear distribution in our new donations center.

Will you help us raise the $3,400,000 to make this happen? If you would like to be part of this effort, please make a gift or pledge.  God Bless You!
