Case Manager Coordinator

Within the framework of Trauma Informed care the Case Manager Coordinator provides case management to clients, in which the individual’s needs are identified and the appropriate physical, mental and spiritual resources are located. While also working collaboratively with community agencies to enhance shelter guests’ ability to interact with and participate in the community while respecting each client’s individual values and goals. The Case Manager Coordinator provides leadership and supervision to case managers, case management interns and volunteers.

Development Team Manager

The Development Team Manager (DTM) is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and expansion of the Kitsap Rescue Mission’s fundraising program, which is comprised of direct mail, monthly giving program, major donors, government grants and special events. The DTM provides oversight of and supervises the development team comprised of staff, volunteers, and consultants. The DTM works closely with the ED to integrate all elements of the Mission’s fundraising functions with our Strategic Plan; successfully meet annual revenue goals; and integrate the vision, core values and culture of the Kitsap Rescue Mission.

Shelter Monitor

The Shelter Monitor works as a team with the scheduled volunteers and other KRM staff, will ensure the vision, culture and core values of Kitsap Rescue Mission are upheld by all our volunteers and guests. The Shelter Monitor is responsible for overseeing the shelter during their assigned shifts, conducting intakes of individuals needing shelter, maintains safety and cleanliness of the building, and is ready and able to provided crisis intervention and conflict management for guests.

Volunteer Staff Positions

Volunteer Facility Maintenance Assistant:  Facility Maintenance Assistant (FMA), under the direction of the Business Operations Director (BOD) is responsible to assist the BOD in repairs and upkeep of the building and grounds. Working in a team environment, the FMA supports the vision, culture, and core values of the Kitsap Rescue Mission. For more information, click here.

Chaplain:  The Chaplain position exists to deliver pastoral care and promote spiritual wellbeing to Kitsap Rescue Mission’s guests. Position also provides crisis intervention and debriefing in situations of conflict, stress and trauma. Position maintains a high degree of integrity and confidentiality within legal boundaries., click here.
