Current Ministries:

Dayroom - Open year-round, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. This program offers case management, education, employment counseling and connection to a variety of other services available in the community.  The Dayroom will have an expanded capacity when the building is complete. 


Educational Services - We offer services to help our guests prepare for a better future. We help find support for enrolling in school, completing a GED, writing good resumes, setting and achieving goals and increasing hope!


Clothing Distribution - With the advent of a full commercial laundry facility in the new building, we will be able to expand our clothing ministry and provide better service to our guests.

Meal Program - We will continue to offer mobile meals and will expand our current program.  In addition, we will be offering an evening meal to the guests who use our overnight shelter.

Safe Harbor Shelter -This low-barrier shelter is now open every night to all who need it.  The shelter opens each evening with a shower, fresh clothing and a warm safe place to sleep for the night. It will also be expanded from its current capacity of up to 25 individuals to 45 when the building remodel is complete.


Case Management Services - This is one of the newest services we offer to our guests.  Our case managers provide an opportunity for our guests to start on the track to end their homeless situation.  It can take the form of getting a new phone all the way to walking the guest through the process of finding permanent housing.  It also includes working with the guests to overcome the obstacles in their life that keep them from moving forward.

New Ministries: (to be added when the building is complete)


Fresh Start for Men - is a long-term recovery program for up to 25 men. This program is designed to help restore individuals and help them overcome all the obstacles in their lives that prevent them from being successful.


Fresh Start for Women - We are currently planning to add a 15-bed, single women's program, similar to our program for men.


Mobile Showers - We will continue our regular schedule but will focus more on the outlying areas of our county. The facility will have showers for our overnight guests as well as for our program guests.
